Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma addressed the 7th convocation and inauguration ceremony of Mahatma Gandhi University on Monday.
CM DISTRIBUTES DEGREES TO OVER 650 STUDENTS AT MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY CONVOCATION

The Chief Minister congratulated the students receiving medical degrees and wished them a bright future during the 7th convocation and inauguration ceremony of Mahatma Gandhi University. He praised Mahatma Gandhi Hospital for its exceptional medical and human services. The CM highlighted the inauguration of advanced facilities, including the CyberKnife S7 and PET Scan Machine, which will aid in diagnosing serious diseases such as cancer. He also emphasized the importance of the newly established Haematology Tower, which will provide specialized treatment for blood-related diseases. Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa, Medical Minister Gajendra Singh Khinvsar, MGUMST Founder M.L. Swarnkar, MGUMST Chairperson Dr. Vikas Chandra Swarnkar, doctors, officials, and many students attended the ceremony.

Sharma said that medical service is not linked to money but to peace of mind. In such a situation, important work of serving humanity is being done by the doctors. He expressed hope from the students and said that their medical knowledge and skills should be used for the betterment of the society.
