MMC and PWD engage in blame game on housing overhead water tank

The Margao Municipality and the PWD, water supply seemed engaged in a blame game over the delay in zeroing in on the site to house a dedicated overhead water tank close to the two markets.

Following the December 26 fire incident, officials of the District Disaster Management along with MMC and PWD officials had inspected the Pickup stand area to explore the possibility of utilizing a small space to house the overhead water tank.
