LEGENDS LOUNGE PREMIER LEAGUE

A 7-1 triumph over Dan Giles was accented by three maximums whilst his win by the same scoreline over the talented Nathan Langdon was helped along by a 100 checkout and another maximum to make a quartet.

Langdon himself started his night with a 7-2 success over Sarah Brown that contained a maximum and a brace of 106 checkouts.

Elsewhere, Dan Jewell was a 7-4 winner over Liam Taylor that allowed him to draw level with his rival for second spot in the standings.

Mark Williams is just a point further back in fourth after a 7-1 triumph over Kelly Burkitt, whilst Steve Mills was also a 7-1 winner over Burkitt thanks in part to a game-week-high checkout of 122.

Jayden Dodd sits fifth in the congested race for runner-up to Cook after his 7-0 demolition of Joshua James, whilst Simon Wilbraham continued his steady progress with a 7-4 success against Nick Cordrey.

Darren Smith was also a 7-0 winner over James, whilst over in Premier League 1, two 180s helped Frankie Stout to a 7-1 triumph over James Ewing.

Ewing performed more admirably in this other game of the night with a 7-2 win over Dave Ryde in a match that saw a 180 for each of the competitors.

Reece Day suffered two defeats despite some excellent play with his first of two maximums coming in a 7-0 defeat against Sean Taylor, who plundered a 180 himself in that success.

Taylor himself returned to the top of the standings after following that aforementioned success with a 7-0 win over Ryde, who succumbed to a second 7-0 loss of the night with Tom Graham his third conqueror overall.

Day’s second loss was by 7-3 to Warren Page, which came in spite of single visit checkouts of 108 and 116, as well as the second maximum of his evening’s work.
