TWO Plymouth fitness experts have opened their own studio, offering a revolutionary approach to fitness that delivers “remarkable results” in just 20 minutes a week.
The couple – who are also business partners – want to help put “strength back into people’s lives”.
Gabrielle Paice and Stephen Lynch are excited to announce the opening of fit20 Plymouth, based in Plympton.
Gabrielle, aged 27, and Stephen, aged 32, are seasoned professionals in the fitness industry, with previous careers as personal trainers.
