Fred Goldsmith was also in the vintage form that has landed him a Cornwall county recall as he put 14 tons onto the scoreboard, whilst Lee Agar added 11 three-figure scores.
Agar's tally included a 111 checkout that was the best of the match, whilst the biggest ton tally from any of the six from the defeated home side was 14 from Luke Johnson.
Quinton Taylor was also in good nick with 11 tons, whilst team-mate Tony Tasker also added double figures in ton plusses with a ten-ton haul.
Seven 180s rained down between the two sides as Mann's brace was added to by team-mates O'Brien, Agar and Simon Washington once each.
Taylor and Johnson were the players from the Honicknowle outfit to hear 180 called after throwing, with Johnson's coming in a 2-1 doubles win when partnering Tasker.
The pair put together the best leg of 601 during that particular matchup as they teamed to check in just 21 darts.
The individuals started with Agar's 3-0 win that contained a leg in 15 before Washington won by the same scoreline with the help of a 17-darter.
Jaden Whitting repeated that Washington feat with a second leg in 17 for his team during a 3-0 win that gave the reigning champions the victory at 6-2 up.
Mann versus Taylor was the first of three remarkable contests to end a brilliant battle as Mann's 17 and 18 dart legs did for Taylor 3-2, who also checked one of the duo he claimed in 18 darts.
Johnson and O'Brien then faced off with the former's 17-darter helping him get one over on the latter 3-2 in spite of legs in 16 and 13 darts for O'Brien.
Both players added 18-dart legs in the final rubber of an outstanding tie between two great sides as Tasker made the score line deservedly respectable with a third 3-2 success; Tasker's victim being Goldsmith.
