A NEW shopping development with M&S and Aldi stores is moving closer to completion, creating a new hub for the city.
The £19m complex at the former Seaton Barracks in Plymouth is expected to be ready by September.
The Plymouth City Council-owned site will create about 100 jobs, and provide new facilities for the growing population in the north of Plymouth.
