DOLE bags multiple awards for efficient service delivery

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reaffirmed its commitment to ease of doing business and efficient service delivery in the government as it bagged multiple gold and silver awards at this year's Anti-Red Tape Authority Report Card Survey (ARTA RCS) Awarding Ceremony held at Conrad Hotel, Pasay City, on October 30.

The report card survey of all agencies providing government service is pursuant to Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, which mandates government agencies, including local government units and government-owned and -controlled corporations, to streamline processes and reduce red tape for both business and non-business transactions.
