Kevin Tan, pres ident and CEO of Alliance Global Group, the parent firm of Megaworld, said the company would build new townships in more areas across the country in 2025.
“We’re still fi nalizing next year but I think we’re looking at at least two to three minimum for launches,” Tan said.
“We see that interest rates will keep going down and I think that’s the biggest thing to look forward to next year,” he said.
