Monk, disciple of Bharat Sevashram Sangha die in Bagnan road crash

A tragic road accident on National Highway 16 in Bagnan, Howrah, claimed the lives of a monk and a disciple of Bharat Sevashram Sangha, leaving five others injured.
The accident occurred near Bagnan Library More early Monday morning.
According to sources, two monks and five disciples from Bharat Sevashram Sangha were traveling from Garia, Kolkata, to their ashram in Mahishadal in a four-wheeler carrying puja materials for Basanti Puja.
Around 6:30 am, their vehicle lost control, veered into the adjacent lane, and collided with a sand-laden lorry.
A private car following behind also crashed into the vehicles.
