SUB MUSABA'S WINNER ENDS UNBEATEN RUN FOR BAGGIES

SHEFFIELD Wednesday boss Danny Rohl saluted his side after they ended West Brom’s unbeaten run to secure their first league victory since the opening day of the season.

An own goal from Darnell Furlong and a header from Josh Windass put the hosts 2-0 up before Josh Maja and Alex Mowatt both scored to equalise.

Substitute Anthony Musaba then earned hero status by striking home a late winner.

imageRohl said: “I think all in all our performance today was, against a really strong side, good.

“We defended very well as a team, very compact. All the three goals we scored were fantastic.

“For me, just a small step today. It’s about consistently taking points, but more important is to have consistently a high performance. That means not 50 minutes or 60 minutes or 78 minutes like in Luton.

“Today again, some phases where we dropped a little bit, but then we came back. We need 100 per cent as a basic then we have a chance to take something.
