Most of the time, the kundlis of the couple don't match because of specific doshas in their horoscopes. Kundli dosha is essentially the unfavourable position of a particular planet in the horoscope. This unfavourable position may adversely affect a person's health, wealth, or personal life. If malefic planets like Shani (Saturn), Rahu (one of the two invisible planets), and Mangal (Mars) are positioned in certain houses, they may affect the other parts of the horoscope, creating the dosha in the Kundli. Planets like Surya (Sun) and Chandra (Moon) can also lead to doshas in the Kundli. Some of the most common doshas and their remedies are discussed below.
MANGAL DOSHA
The most common of all doshas in Vedic astrology, it is the presence of Mangal in the first, fourth, seventh, eighth, and twelfth house in a person's horoscope that leads to Mangal Dosha. People having this dosha in their horoscope are called Manglik. Mangal Dosha poses a problem in any auspicious event, especially marriage. Mars in the first house can lead to conflicts in a marriage and, in a worst-case scenario, can result in separation or even divorce. Mangal in the fourth house causes problems in a person's professional life. It also results in various financial problems. Mangal in the seventh house can cause a person to have a bad temper, leading to conflicts with their spouse and other family members. Eighth house Mangal makes a person lazy and undisciplined. Mangal in the twelfth house causes a person to have many enemies, resulting in mental problems and money problems.
