Given how many times Julia Roberts has third-wheeled with George Clooney and his wife Amal to gala events in recent months, you'd be forgiven for forgetting she has a partner of her own!

Despite Julia, who turns 55 this week, hitting several red carpets recently to promote Ticket To Paradise, the film she shot in Queensland alongside George earlier this year, there's been no sign of her husband of 20 years, Danny Moder, 53. "People are starting to talk," says one onlooker, who saw the unlikely trio on the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures red carpet on October 15.

DIFFICULT TIME

Insiders note that the film has been marked as Julia's big return to the rom-com genre and Danny being missing at such a critical time in her career, "leaving her to awkwardly pose with George and Amal for the cameras, is very strange"
