Flick & Gabby 'EMOTIONS ARE RUNNING HIGH

The sisters reveal why they’re clashing with their competitors

The Amazing Race Australia is taking a toll on the teams dashing around the globe and no one is feeling the pressure more than barista sisters Gabby and Felicity “Flick” Mifsud.

After winning the first leg of the race in Morocco, the siblings were clearly ones to watch, but as the teams head to Turkey, tensions reach boiling point thanks to a couple of terse run-ins with their greatest competition, church friends Angel Williams and Francis “Frankie” Vaaua.

“When you’re sleep-deprived, hungry and have just travelled across the world, emotions run high,” confesses Flick, 28. “Everything that comes out of everyone’s mouth can really hit home.”
