If a bump from moving patio furniture left you with a bruise, sip a piña colada smoothie. Pineapple in the drink brims with bromelain, an enzyme that dissolves bruise-causing clotting, reveals a study in Biomedical Reports. It fades even severe bruising in as little as four days-that's less than one-third of the time it typically takes. Blend 2 cups of pineapple, ½ cup of coconut milk and 4 ice cubes; add water until frothy. Tip: Papaya works too!
