The 34-year-old Grammy winner revealed last year that she suffers from pericarditis, an inflammation of tissues around the heart.
Insiders say she has been warned by docs to take it easy or take her chances! The condition can cause severe pain - Carly describes it as "really debilitating" - that begins in the chest and then spreads to other parts of the body.
