CANINE COMFORTS

KIMPTON CLOCKTOWER HOTEL

Manchester

It’s not always easy to find a hotel in the city where pets are treated as well as paying guests, but we discovered this gem in the centre of Manchester.

With gorgeous architecture and friendly staff, the Kimpton Clocktower offers the perfect mix of style and warmth, with beautifully designed rooms, super-soft beds, cosy bathrobes and enough room for families to spread out comfortably.

The hotel’s relaxed yet lively restaurant, The Refuge, is a real highlight, featuring fresh, local ingredients, while the service is top-notch from check-in to check-out. On our trip every staff member went out of their way to make us and our children feel welcome.

Pets stay for free at Kimpton Clocktower, and get treated to a pet tuckbox and a guide to the best dog-friendly places to visit in the city, plus toys and treats. Stay on a Sunday and your furry friend can even enjoy its own Sunday roast for dogs in The Refuge. Priced at £6, it includes a selection of meats, vegetables and pet-friendly gravy.
