FORMER Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson says he's "not allowed to have fun any more" after heart surgery.
The 64-year-old TV presenter, who once smoked 60 cigarettes a day and says he drank three or four pints "of wine" a day, recently had an urgent operation to fit a stent to open up a blocked artery at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
It came after he said he "lived in a blizzard of hangovers and jet lag for 30 years".
Now his doctors have warned him to change his lifestyle, including giving up alcohol and red meat, and working so much.
Clarkson wrote in his Sun column: "What is scary is what came afterwards. The advice on how I must live my life from now on.
