Major brands in and associated with golf were at the fore when the Brands Golf Day was held at Laguna National Golf Resort Club's Masters Course on 19 January. The unique event stood out for the unique brand activations and high-profile sponsors that enhanced the overall experience. A hundred and twenty participants sold out the event in less than a week, helped along by media partners Golf Asia and Robb Report.

Right off the bat, and even before the first tee shot was hit, participants were already winners. Their goodie bags were worth over $700 each and included complimentary green fee vouchers at Laguna, a Descente umbrella, FILA golf fitness cap, adidas golf ball case, a 35A Scotts Member’s Experience voucher, 1-for-1 weekday Greenhouse lunch buffet, a BMW Test Drive Invite sponsored by Performance Motors, FootJoy socks and t-shirts, a Laguna National power bank, and a limited edition miniature whisky/gin. An international buffet lunch at Greenhouse was just the thing to fuel up before the game.
