Creating a High-Tech Environment

An oasis in the midst of Mumbai’s constant activity, the project celebrates the company’s history in congruence with their vision for the future.

The architects collaborated closely with the client to design this 23-acre property, creating a benchmark development. The mill compound has been redeveloped into a high-tech environment. The site previously dotted by old trees and white-painted buildings functioned as a traditional campus for the textile magnate. With diversifying interests, the campus showcases the company’s transition from their early days in manufacturing to forays into Information Technology. Redesigning the entire site in five phases, the team retained several sections of the original mill along with new construction for the world-class corporate knowledge park.
