Finishing off any good restoration involves fitting quality tyres which are as authentic as you can get them, and The British Rubber Co some years ago, and under different ownership, produced the 12.4/11-28 Goodyear Traction Sure Grip, but the supply of these is nearly down and out.
New proprietor Tom Card says: “Goodyear agricultural tyres are in British Rubber's DNA. We have a historical connection with Goodyear and have continued our relationship with Titan who, of course, bought the licence to Goodyear. A large and growing part of our business is supplying and servicing the vintage tractor market and I am always impressed with the passion that restorers and enthusiasts have for their tractors... it never ceases to amaze me.
