THERE is always a monkey within us who loves to monkey around with our motorcycles. We love to take a monkey wrench and put it to good use, sometimes to rather disastrous effects. But enough of us monkeying around and let’s talk about the Monkey Slaz that we rode in Thailand from K-Speed Customs. They are the largest and most well known motorcycle custom house in Thailand and are growing rapidly. So much so, that we heard about them, we caught a flight straight there to check out the bikes they have built.

The K-Speed Monkey Slaz that has been built by them is both pretty and still very practical for regular use. Practicality is something which often gets lost in a customisers pipe dream. But not in this case. The Monkey Slaz uses the 2017 Yamaha M-Slaz as a base and then goes completely mental from there! The bike barely resembles the original at first glance, it is only after a good hard look that you see the bits and bobs revealing their true origins.
