The 3rd edition of Shouryagarh Food & Wine Festival, from 6th to 8th July, 2018, saw the participation of leading F&B professionals.
The third edition of Shouryagarh Food & Wine Festival was held from 6th to 8th July, 2018 and was organised to celebrate the 4th anniversary of Shouryagarh Resort & Spa, Udaipur. A brainchild of Rupam Sarkar, general manager of Shouryagarh Resort & Spa, Udaipur, the festival featured culinary demonstrations, workshops and competitions along with wine workshops and stalls by hospitality companies. Several executive and celebrity chefs along with celebrity bartenders and hospitality professionals from across the country participated in the event, which was conceptualised to promote hospitality in Udaipur and help young professionals showcase their talents on a grand stage and also promote the culinary and wine culture to Udaipur’s residents.
