The BIY Coaching Festival was held on 14th June, 2018 at MCA Club - BKC, Mumbai. TThe event was an experience sharing delight with 100 plus influential business leaders, HR leaders and coaches from across India. BIY is a platform created by several of India's accomplished HR and Business leaders dedicated to the cause of spreading awareness, appreciation, and, competence of Coaching to help transform lives and enable everyone to live authentic, purposeful lives.
Rajesh Padmanabhan, CHRO, Welspun laid out the context for the day by saying, "That when "All is done and dusted, Human will reign and rule." Prabir Jha, Chief People Officer, Cipla, who gave in to the challenges thrown at him after making one of the most dreadful decisions of quitting his government job, since a 'special' someone had asked him this simple question, 'Why are you steering the ship into the ocean but looking back at the shore?' and, that thought-provoking question spelled just at the moment when he needed it the most, and it came from none other than his very own, trusted COACH.
