With its strong yet minimalistic design lines, not only does the villa showcase stunning bay views, it embeds the bay in its setting. Wellness will be high on the agenda, with the outdoor design emphasizing the planting of trees and greenery.

The intention is to convey a sensation of rest, recreation and relaxation, providing clear views from the house in order to contemplate the lagoon in its entire dimension.

Functionally, the house consists of a family area and a guest house, the Majlis; both areas having their own entrances which enhances privacy.

When it comes to making a first impression, the front door is where it all begins. It originally materializes with equally rectangular water mirrors at the entrance of the house along with an interesting interplay of the pouring fountains. It is then accentuated by a dramatically prolonged water feature which escorts the covered wooden gallery leading to the guest house. This same water feature breaks and cascades down into smaller units covering the diverse house levels.
