While she has mostly been in the limelight for her films, social events and her charitable personality, there is a side to her that very few are aware of. Here is more to know about her where we discoverd her soft interior behind a tough personality.
Inspite of giving a huge number of hits on the box office, what made you go off the screen for some years?
Well an obvious answer to this question would be that I got married and soon after that I was pregnant. For early 3 months of my pregnancy I was shooting for a film ‘Dubara’ and a TV serial but later in the 4th month I decided to quit my job and enjoy my preganancy and spend time with my family and baby. I would say job and work is nowhere important than the family, so I opted for my priority that is my family.
How do you balance work and personal life?
Though it's tough but as we know, in India we have a traditional system of joint families where the old look after the young members of the family and the young look after the old members of the family and I am a part of it. I live in a joint family and I am thankful to God for this. I have my mother-in-law and my mother at home to look after my kids and take care of them while I am out for shooting, endorsements or events. It becomes a great help for me to leave my kids and go out for my work.
You are glowing and you look extremely fit for a mother of two. How do you do it?
