Stars Rally Round After The Grenfell Tower Tragedy

The horrifying blaze killed and injured hundreds of people.

We were all left shocked and devastated last week when a fire ripped through west London’s Grenfell Tower block around 1am on Wednesday, with reports that nobody on the top three of its 24 floors survived.

People in and around the country’s capital came together, offering support to survivors who lost everything in the blaze – with a number of celebrities reaching out to help.

Less than 24 hours after the tragedy, Adele made an emotional appearance at the scene. The Tottenham native appeared visibly upset as she offered hugs and comforting words to those around her. Dressed in black, the superstar, 29, was clearly trying to remain anonymous but photos soon appeared on social media showing her at a vigil for the residents.
