MEXICAN-STYLE BURGERS

INGREDIENTS

• 500g Cook with Curtis Mexican Recipe Beef Mince

• 4 Coles brioche burger buns, split, toasted

• ½ cup mayonnaise

• 1 cup shredded cabbage

• 1 tomato, chopped finely

• ½ red onion, chopped finely

• ¾ cup coriander leaves and tender stems

METHOD

1 Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Roll beef into 4 even balls, then roughly flatten in the palm of your hand so each patty is just a little wider than the buns. Add to pan. Cook for 6 minutes each side or until well browned and cooked through. Set aside for 2 minutes to rest.

2 Spread cut sides of buns with mayonnaise. Top bun bases with patties, cabbage, tomato, onion and coriander. Season with salt. Cover with bun tops and serve.
