Trouble at Home? The Star Seems to Have Switched to Her Maiden Name.

She officially became Mrs Worthington in 2014, after confirming her secret nuptials to actor Sam Worthington that December by adding his surname to her Instagram handle. But the past few weeks have seen Lara return to the surname Bingle, with the model-turned-entrepreneur reverting to using her maiden name on a number of public occasions.

The 29-year-old – who dropped her maiden name completely from social media more than two years ago – wore a lanyard with ‘Bingle’ on it during a family outing at Disney World in Florida on May 24, posting a photo to her Snapchat showing the curious object. And it isn’t the only time the Aussie star has used her old moniker. Lara was also spotted jetting out of Sydney Airport on June 3 carrying a plane boarding pass labelled with her maiden name.

It’s an unusual move for the blonde bombshell, who changed her name on social media just two days after she and Sam tied the knot, and has been known as Lara Worthington ever since.
