What does self-care mean to you?

Putting yourself first. Some people think that means you’re selfish but it really just means you’re giving your body, mind and soul what it needs. Then you can give more and a better version of yourself to others.

What’s something you regularly do that boosts your mental health?

I’m super pro [at] having a therapist. I see mine weekly (if you can’t get to them in person then they often do Skype and phone consults). It’s my non-negotiable. I go to feel clear, focused and calm. It helps me to process and understand things much faster.

Top 3 products in your self-care toolkit?

1. Some kind of clay antioxidant face mask.

2. Tea and chocolate.

3. Yoga gear.
