THE AWARD-SWEEPING ‘FLEABAG’ STAR IS BRINGING HER UNIQUE COMIC STYLE TO THE NEW JAMES BOND FILM
I have a CRAZY job

Capping off of an epic awards season that saw her rack up a BAFTA Award, three Emmys and a Golden Globe, Fleabag star and creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge was still reeling when accepting when her most recent trophy, a Screen Actors Guild Award, on January 19.

“With all the chaos of the outfits, the interviews and the six-pack that my makeup artist drew on me this evening … it’s quite easy to forget what has actually happened,” she said from the stage.

“This whole thing really has been a dream, and if I wake up tomorrow and discover it was just that, then thank you. It’s just been the most beautiful dream.”

And her dream run is continuing, with new comedy caper series Run set to premiere on April 17 (on Fox Showcase). The premise is two ex-lovers who once made a pact to run off together if one of them texts the word ‘RUN’ to the other. When the message arrives years later, comedy and chaos ensue.
