It’s intended to fly at altitudes around 1,000 ft, but rumors suggest it can reach the heady heights of nearly 11,500 ft. The passenger can’t “pilot” the craft, only take off and land – which means, theoretically, owners won’t even need to hold a license, although we suspect it won’t be quite that simple…
