From countryside landscapes to highrise towers, Pimple Saudagar has undergone tremendous concretization! What with the rampant development in the region, the locality has been witnessing overall development in terms of popularity and viability! Inclusive of good infrastructure, schools, residential towers, commercial complexes, shopping malls, cafes, Pimple Saudagar is definitely the next big thing!

Conversing with a few real estate agents, we found out all about the locality’s growth story, “In 2003, Pimple Saudagar had shown a downward slope on the development chart, which continued till 2005. Since then, the region has seen two-fold rise in its development and emerged as a tony area of Pune,” says Samir Sawant, Proprietor, Marigold Real Estate.

Likewise, located in close proximity to Hinjewadi IT Park, the residents of Pimple Saudagar are primarily IT engineers, apart from the retiree populace. Additionally, the area boasts of hassle-free public transport services, wherein PMPML and PMT buses provide ease in commuting. It serves as an added advantage for commuters, especially those having an aversion to driving!

Speaking about the high-rises, Samir says, “The fast paced development of the residential towers has bumped up the prices of flats in the vicinity, which have almost doubled as compared to the pricing in 2003. Prior to the development of the region, the flats here were sold at around ₹ 2000 - 2500 per sq ft. Today, the flats are being sold at ₹ 5500 - 7000 per sq ft. The surge in the pricing has been significant.”
