Considering going vegan but having second thoughts? You need to first know the difference between a vegan and a vegetarian. Vegans, eat no animal produce at all, including honey whereas, vegetarians they take eggs and dairy products. Vegan diet are packed full of essentials nutrients, protein, and iron. Vegan diet can be nutritionally sound and appropriate for all ages and stages of life, including infants, elderly and athletes. It provides the body with everything it needs to function at optimum levels. The vegan diet is the healthiest for nutrition intake and nutrition quality.
