Whether it’s sitting (albeit virtually) at Gill’s kitchen table while he demonstrates how to make pasta at home; learning how to choose thrifty meat cuts with River Cottage’s Steven Lamb; or watching former Borough Market demo chef Luke McKay create a budget-friendly storecupboard feast, there is a vast range of skills and expert advice available for just over £5 a month.
