A major new study from Harvard University has shone the spotlight on five key things we need to do to live longer and healthier lives. And while the answers aren’t exactly rocket science, researchers were amazed at just how significantly certain changes could impact our health. The study involved 123,000 volunteers, who filled in a series of lifestyle questionnaires and gave permission for their medical records to be analysed by researchers.
