What happens when you get up in the morning, but not all of you is following suit?
Having trouble with your nocturnal activities? Well you’re not alone. An estimated 20 percent of Asian men suffer from erectile dysfunction. This can be both an embarrassing and inconvenient problem, especially if a baby is on the cards.
Too hard to get hard?
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the medical name for male impotence, and in practice refers to various degrees of it, characterised by the inability to raise or maintain an erection during sex.
Embarrassment aside, ED may also be linked to a range of potentially severe root health problems. The most important causes of ED are cardiovascular disease and diabetes, hormonal insufficiencies (hypogonadism) and side effects from medications.
However, you’re more likely to experience impotence from them if you’re over the age of 40. Below the age of 40, impotence is more likely to develop due to hormonal deficiency, disorders of the neural system, lack of adequate penile blood supply (perhaps due to hardening arteries or heart disease) or psychological problems.
And even if you don’t have a penetrating problem, you may have varying degrees of ED, which make for less than satisfying sex. What are the various degrees of ED and what can you do about it? Here’s an option. Get a book - especially one of these four.
