› Make the decision for yourself. Do not let anyone else impact your journey. Only when you decide to become the fittest, healthiest version of yourself can you really change your lifestyle.
HOW DID YOUR JOURNEY WITH REGARDS TO COMPETING START?
› I was infatuated with how our bodies work and how we can develop certain areas and how what we put into our bodies impacts our body’s ability to respond and develop.
WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR COMPETITIVE CAREER UP TO NOW?
› Winning first place in my class and then winning first place overall for the entire competition.
WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING AND NUTRITION PHILOSOPHY?
› Everything in moderation and only with a routine that I can sustain day in and day out. No fad diets and only tracking macro. We need them all.
