WHAT DO YOU SHOOT? WE SEE YOU HAVE SEVERAL FIREARMS.
I primarily shoot pistol in the single-stack division. Recently I started shooting AK matches in which I shoot Tactical Edge’s Comrade. Shooting the AK has been extremely challenging yet fun for me.
YOU HAVE OPTICS ON YOUR AK HOWEVER NOT ON YOUR PISTOL? DO YOU RECOMMEND OPTICS FOR A BEGINNER OR DO YOU NEED TO GET TO A CERTAIN LEVEL BEFORE YOU SHOULD TRY THEM?
I do shoot iron sights on my 1911 pistol, which means I do not shoot with an optic. With my Comrade AK-47 unmagnified optics like my Holosun HS510C help to make shooting more intuitive and frankly more fun for beginners. You don’t have to squint one eye and you don’t have to line anything up. It takes the pressure off of the shooter and makes shooting feel more natural. With my Holosun optic, it shortens the time it takes to aim, so I finish the course faster than I can with traditional iron sights.
