If you’re a pre-gym sipper, this combo is for you. Add half a cup of coconut water to your iced coffee for a sweet brew that fuels your sesh. Coconut water replenishes the electrolytes you’ll lose via sweat, says dietitian Wendy Leonard.
Collagen powder
The protein-based supplement is made from amino acids that mimic the ones found in your hair, skin and joints, says dietitian Rachael DeVaux. Ingesting it may help replenish your body’s collagen supply. Dissolve a tablespoon of it in your coffee. Then simply enjoy!
