Eegant and timeless yet paired back, this bespoke kitchen by the team at Woodale is the perfect balance of functionality and design. Drawing inspiration from Australian design influences, this custom crafted scheme has breathed new life into this fabulous Georgian property. ‘After spending some time searching for the perfect family home, I knew this was the one for us. The beautiful period features, amazing ceiling heights and generously proportioned rooms, sold me instantly. Although it was to be a major renovation project, the potential was huge.’

Taking on the house renovation, the owners were confident in the direction they wanted to take their new property. ‘We love mixing old with new and were careful to maintain and enhance the original features throughout the home. Our plan was to contrast this with a contempoary extension with floor to ceiling glazing that would flood the space with natural light. We wanted a bespoke contemporary kitchen and were keen to maximise the views over the garden.’

It was the owners architect, Olivia Safer of Aughey O’Flaherty, who suggested Keith Fennelly from Woodale for the kitchen. ‘From our initial appointment I knew we were in good hands. Keith really listened to our brief and wanted to bring something different to the scheme. Woodale have an amazing portfolio of work, and we love that all there kitchens are fully bespoke.’
