Life Story

As I sit down to write my first ‘French Property Dreams’ article, I pause to think about what a dream property can be. Is it the house whose sheer beauty and perfect location blow you away? Or is it the one you know will give you a fulfilling life and help you realise those dreams you had when you first thought about moving to France? We see so many stunning properties here at FPN, it can be hard to see past the surface. While the idea of a beautiful property is personal and different for everyone, I think we can all agree that a dream house is one that provides a happy life and sees dreams come true. And this month’s property is just that.

As an artist, Nadine had to make full use of her imagination when she first set eyes upon this 17th-century house, which needed complete renovation, some 24 years ago. But, following hard work by local craftsmen, the house has delivered a lifetime of happiness and witnessed some of Nadine’s fondest memories.
