Frozen Choc-Banana Pops
Makes 12, Prep 30 mins
- 3 large bananas
- 1 cup milk choc melts
- 2 tblsps hundreds and thousands
1. Cut each banana crossways into four pieces. Insert a wooden ice-cream stick halfway into each piece. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Cover with foil. Freeze for about 2 hours, or until just frozen.
2. Melt chocolate in a large heatproof bowl sitting over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove. Transfer to a small heatproof a jug. Place hundreds and thousands in a small bowl.
3. Remove banana from freezer. Working with one at a time, half dip in melted chocolate. Dip immediately in sprinkles. Serve straightaway or arrange in a single layer in a container lined with baking paper. Cover with lid. Return to freezer.
