TENSIONS ARE RUNNING HIGH IN SUMMER BAY!

From floods and mudslides to hostage situations and terrifying car crashes, Home and Away has served up no shortage of crazy plotlines in its 33-year history.

But it seems the drama isn’t reserved to Summer Bay’s residents, with insiders telling New Idea that behind the scenes, a war is brewing among the show’s cast and crew over pay and fame.

According to a well-placed insider, a divide between the junior cast and the show’s longstanding stars has emerged, causing a division on the famous set. And with rumours that Bec Hewitt and Kate Ritchie are being offered the big bucks to return (see breakout, right), fireworks are beginning to explode!
