With Season 3 of The Crown due to hit our screens on November 17, production on the fourth instalment of the series has well and truly begun – and perhaps the most beloved personality in the royal family’s history is finally set to make her debut.

Lady Diana Spencer married Prince Charles in 1981, and Season 4 of the hit series, which airs on Netflix, looks set to cover the years surrounding this history-defining event, with newcomer Emma Corrin stepping up to the plate as the late princess.
