“Christmas was pretty terrific!” the 60-year-old tells New Idea, smiling. “It’s not going to get any better than if you’re one of Bing Crosby’s kids, it really isn’t.
“Both my mum and dad didn’t believe in spoiling us, so our gifts weren’t excessive, which might surprise some people. Christmas was much more about hanging out together. We would have this massive tree decorated with ornaments that we would all make. We had old school photos and favourite Christmas cards turned into baubles and they would be brought out each year, so that the tree become kind of like a record of our lives.
