COULD THE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS REVEAL TROUBLE?
Terri's Family Court Battle

Terri Irwin and her sister Patricia Raines have reportedly been estranged for years and now recently unearthed court documents could explain what may have added to the fall out.

The Oregon judicial records show that in February 2015, Terri was the plaintiff in a lawsuit filed in the Lane County Circuit Court against Patricia for ‘conversion and negligence’ – conversion is defined as treating another person’s goods or property as your own.

Court records show the case was subject to general dismissal with prejudice, meaning the case was dismissed and Terri was blocked from filing another suit on the same claim.

Just months after the case concluded, in August 2015, Patricia sold her three bedroom home in Eugene, where she’d lived her whole life, and moved into a one-bedroom holiday home an hour away.
