Fujifilm has been quite aggrwwessive in its stance and has managed to acquire a fan base with excellent optics and retro design.
The company has constantly been upgrading their mirrorless camera line-up. The X-T3 is a mid-priced APS-C mirrorless camera that sits between the X-H1 and the X-T100.
Design and Build Quality
The X-T3 shares the same exterior design that of its predecessor, the X-T2. The layout and design of all controls remain the same, though it could be a different camera altogether. The body is made of magnesium alloy. The X-T3 now has a touch screen panel that tilts in three ways, extending the flexibility, though it is not as versatile as a fully articulated LCD. Th dioptre adjustment dial can now be locked to prevent inadvertent changes. The camera has a weather-resistant construction.
Key Features
The Fujfiilm X-T3 uses a 26.1-megapixel APS-C (23.5 ×15.6 mm) X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor with primary colour filter.
The sensor unit makes use of an ultrasonic dust reduction system to keep the sensor free of dust. The camera accepts Fujifilm X-mount lenses. Image Stabilisation is supported through OIS type lenses. Still images are recorded in JPEG or Raw (14bit, RAF format) format at highest pixel dimensions of 6240 x 4160. There is an option to simultaneously record both Raw and JPEG images. Videos are recorded in MOV format (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264, HEVC/H.265, Audio: Linear PCM / Stereo). You can record videos at up to 4K quality at 29.97p, 25p, 24p or 23.98p.
