Several weeks ago i had the privilege to sit with Boss Mann Tony Grant and learn all the wonders of his world. This loving husband, sacrificial dad, spiritual leader, gifted actor/singer, mentor, motivational speaker, and inspirational being truly educated me on what it exactly means to be a Boss Mann. Tony shared from his perspective that a Boss Mann is someone who is confident, consistent, a man of faith, and a person of service. He further explained how men need to be a good follower who evolves into leadership because if you cannot be a good follower, you cannot be a good leader.
