Caring Miss England Is A&E Queen

MISS England has been working hard to help save lives on the NHS frontline.

Dr Bhasha Mukherjee, 24, is a long way away from the glitz and glamour of beauty pageants as she toils inside an accident and emergency ward.

And the reigning Miss England winner has been telling of her sadness at witnessing deaths caused by Covid-19.

She said: “Most of my patients have been elderly and have either gone on to longer-stay wards where they have slowly recovered or some have sadly passed.”
