April 2023

When Rolex Testimonee Jon Rahm broke through in 2021 to claim his first Major at the U.S. Open at Torrey Pines, he became the first ever Spanish victor.

Jon Rahm Holds High Regard For The Crown And The Masters

Following an outstanding amateur career where he held the world amateur No. 1 ranking for a record 60 weeks and having made a big impact since turning professional in 2016, it seemed only a matter of 'when' not 'if' he would win some of golf's biggest prizes. In November 2022, Rahm won the season-ending DP World Tour Championship, the first player to do so three times. Like his idol and fellow Rolex Testimonee Seve Ballesteros, Rahm is a fearless competitor with great touch.

Rolex has been a long-term supporter of golf and its support for both the European Tour and the PGA Tour is amazing.

I have honestly lost count of the number of times that I have spotted the iconic Rolex clocks at our global sporting events. It is unique for a brand to have such a deep connection with a sport and there is definitely a reason why the relationship between Rolex and golf has worked and continues to work so well. I think it all comes down to the brand’s values, commitment to all levels of the game and the elegance associated with it.

Early on in your career, you have to make a decision about what your sponsors say about you.
